    Placed the order, products arrived the next day - I thought awesome service, until opening the package they had sent the wrong items. I called customer services, they checked the model of the printer and said sorry straight away when they realised their mistake. Next day after speaking to Customer Services I received the correct items with a return postage label as well. Although the initial order was sent wrongly, I can't really fault them at all for the service they have given me, they turned my order around in 2 days. Also great to speak to a very polite and helpful Customer Services person - don't let the mistake put you off from ordering from this company, I will 100% come back again with orders for more items - I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY!!!
    As for the product - it's perfect :-)
