Delivery within the United Kingdom


Postage is FREE for goods shipped to addresses in the UK, and shipped from the British Mainland so Royal Mail aim to deliver 92% on the next working day after posting.
More information on Royal Mail can be found at www.royalmail.com.
A 'guaranteed next working day delivery' is available at a cost of £6.00.
98% orders placed before 3.00pm Mon-Fri are dispatched within 24 - 48 hrs. Almost all of our products are supplied direct from stock.
Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days (UK) and 30 days (EU) for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.
If you do not receive your goods within the time-scales above, please contact us. Over 70% of parcels presumed lost, are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or your local mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.

 

Overseas (non UK) customers
We are a UK based company.
All items on our site are priced in British Pounds and you will be billed in British Pounds. This means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.
Delivery is available to all countries within the EU. Regrettably we do not ship to the USA. For goods shipped to countries other than the UK & Eire we regrettably have to make an extra charge of £5.99 for the order. Goods are shipped by airmail to such countries which although faster than surface mail still means orders will take several days to reach you. Please allow thirty working days for delivery before contacting us.

Losses / Shortages

The customer must inform us within 7 days of any losses / shortages any claims after this time period has elapsed will not be entertained.

 

Pre-Orders

Somtimes we will release a cartridge before we have the stock, this will be clearly marked as a Pre-order with a release date next to the product.

Due to the nature of our business pre-orders may change date or release with no prior notice. You will however be kept informed at all stages. You can track your pre-orders via your account page on our website.

Guarantee


We are happy to inform you that all of our products are guaranteed for 6 months.
If you have a problem within this time scale please contact a member of our staff we will issue a RMA number for return the cartridges will be tested by our cartridge tester 2000 machine and a full report will be given to the customer, if the cartridge is deemed to be faulty we will replace straight away. If the cartridge has had over 50% use or is in working order a test print & report will be attached to the cartridge and returned to the customer. (Goods returned without prior approval will take considerably longer to process).Goods returned with no sender infomation will be helb by britanniainks for 5 working days if no claim is made they will be entered into the recycling scheme. We will not be held responsible for losses for this reason.

Returns

To return goods please log into your account and click on order status, it will give you a option to request a return.

Once this has been done a member of staff will contact you and try to reslove the problem over the telephone, If that is not possible we will ask you to return the cartridge to us, this will be at you the customer's cost. All postage will be refunded if cartridges are faulty. This will applied as a store credit to your account.

Please obtain a proof of postage recipet as we are not RESPONSIBLE for losses in transit.

All replacement cartridges will be processed within 24hrs upon recipet of items.

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.However we will send a monthly newsletter to our customers, offering discounts and keeping people up to date with Britanniainks.co.uk. You can always UNSUBCRIBE From our mailings by clicking the Un-subcribe link on the bottom of the emails we send. Or emailing us at (support@britanniainks.co.uk) with the words un-subcribe. you will then be taken off any future mail shots.

Tax

All prices include VAT.
Goods sent to private individuals within the EC will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
Goods sent to companies within the EC can be zero rated if they supply us with their VAT registration number.

We are happy to inform you that all of our products are guaranteed for 6 months.

you are entitled to a full no quibble refund if returned within 7 days of reciving your goods.
We will replace faulty product, Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

If you have a problem within this time scale please contact a member of our staff we will issue a RMA number for return the cartridges.
Our money back guarantee does not apply to cartridges that have had over 50% use. Also cartridges or toners that have not been used correclty within your printer thus resulting in damage to the cartridge / toner. This does not affect your statutory rights

Store Credits

When a store credit is issued for it to remain valid it must be reedeemed within 28 days.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after the day you receive your goods. To do this please follow our customer returns procedure

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
We will refund the full value paid less 15% restocking charge for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging after the 7 day time period has elapsed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we can arrange to collect them for you, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
