   Ordered inks for Epson sx130 on 29/04/13 and received them 16/05/13. Outrageous delay in processing payment and dispatch. E-mailed them on 08/05/13 to complain about poor service as I am a returning customer and felt they should value me as a customer. I did not get the courtesy of a reply. Last time I will be using Britannia inks
